This policy explains what personal information AI Talent Agency ("ATA", "we") collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to the conversations we have with clients and candidates.

What we collect

• Information you send us, such as your name, work email, phone, company, the role you are hiring for, and anything you write in a brief or email.
• Candidate information you share with us or that is publicly available on professional networks such as LinkedIn: career history, skills, compensation expectations and references.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. When you send the brief form, your details are emailed to our team and are not stored in a database. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the visitor is human.

How we use it

• To reply to you and run the search you asked for.
• To match candidates with roles and present a candidate to a client, only with that candidate's agreement.
• To keep records needed for our legitimate business interests and legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share candidate profiles with a hiring client only after the candidate agrees. We use trusted service providers (for example, email and hosting) who process data on our behalf.

Retention

We keep information for as long as it is useful for current or likely future searches, and delete it on request unless we must keep it by law.

Your rights
