Search 02 / 03

Hire AI and ML engineers, screened by people who speak AI.

The hands-on hires. Each candidate is screened by a recruiter who can tell a fine-tuning engineer from a prompt writer, before a hiring manager spends an hour on them.

The hands-on hires

AI titles are used loosely, and a CV rarely shows what someone has actually built. Every candidate we put forward has had a technical conversation with a recruiter who understands the work, so your hiring manager only spends time on people who can do it.

Roles we search for

  • AI Engineer
  • Machine Learning Engineer
  • GenAI Engineer
  • Applied-AI Engineer
  • AI Researcher
  • AI Product Manager
  • AI Solution Architect
  • Software Engineer (SWE) for AI-first teams

What you get

  • A shortlist of three or four people, not a stack of CVs.
  • A written profile for each candidate, with technical conversation notes and reference checks.
  • Candidates who are not on the market, approached directly.
  • Interview coordination and offer negotiation through to the start date.
How a search runs

From brief to signed offer in four steps.

  1. 1

    Brief

A working session with your hiring lead to fix the role, the technical bar, compensation range and timeline.

  2. 2

    Map and approach

We identify the people who fit, including those not on the market, and approach them directly.

  3. 3

    Screen and shortlist

Technical conversations, reference checks and a written profile for each of the three or four people we put forward.

  4. 4

    Close

We coordinate interviews, negotiate the offer with both sides and stay in touch after the start date.
